Acceptable Use Policy
01Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs use of the Evrcad Insurance Suite (the "Service") and all content that users create, upload, store, or transmit through it ("User Content"). It supplements the Terms of Service. Evrcad may update this AUP from time to time. Violation may result in suspension or termination.
02User Content — Your Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for your User Content and for your use of the Service. By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that you own it or have all rights necessary to submit it and to grant Evrcad the license described in the Terms of Service, and that your User Content and its use through the Service do not violate any law or infringe any third party’s rights.

You may not use the Service to:
04Telephony and Messaging Compliance
Because the Service enables outbound and inbound voice calls and text messages, your use of these features must comply with all applicable telecommunications and telemarketing laws and with carrier and industry requirements, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and its implementing regulations, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, applicable state telemarketing and call-recording laws, the CMS Medicare Communications and Marketing Guidelines, and the messaging requirements of the wireless carriers and industry registries (including CTIA and The Campaign Registry). You are solely responsible for your calling and messaging campaigns and for the consent, content, timing, and conduct of those campaigns. Without limiting the foregoing, you must:
05No Obligation to Monitor; Right to Remove
Evrcad is not obligated to monitor User Content and does not endorse or assume responsibility for User Content submitted by users. Evrcad may, but is not required to, review, remove, or disable access to any User Content that it believes violates this AUP, the Terms of Service, or applicable law, or that may create liability for Evrcad, at any time and without prior notice.
06Third-Party Content
The Service may transmit or store content created by users and other third parties. To the extent permitted by law, including Section 230 of the Communications Act (47 U.S.C. § 230), Evrcad is not responsible for User Content or third-party content and is not the publisher or speaker of such content. This does not limit Evrcad’s own obligations under HIPAA, the TCPA, or other laws applicable to Evrcad’s own conduct.
07Enforcement
Evrcad may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access for violations of this AUP, with or without notice, consistent with the Terms of Service. Evrcad may report suspected unlawful activity to appropriate authorities and cooperate with lawful requests.
